Hmmm... since so many of you guys suffer from this, watch the lecture on youtube called "Sugar: the bitter truth" in which the presenter suggests that his research points to Fructose (a type of sugar, and component of regular sugar "sucrose") to be a contributor to excess uric acid in the body. I think if you lessen or eliminate fructose this might help relieve gout. Just trying to help! :)

i have gout and i am trying to drink cherry juice everyday.... seems working well with me, no harm to try it!

@Fagztar Allopurinol decreases uric acid levels in the blood and urine by inhibiting a certain enzyme responsible for production of uric acidI was suffering the gout over 10 years my uric acid levels was 600/720! Request your doctor for ALLOPURINOL!!!

I was up last night for 6 hrs with a major attack of Gout in my ankle i was in agony ,and felt so helpless,i was Dog tired but cudnt sleep,i hate this its ruining my life ...im trying black cherry juice.wich isnt cheap and celery tablets..hope this Works

95% of gout sufferers are men, the remaning 5% are usually menopausal. Been suffering for years.
