Try YOGA, and water aerobics, and steam baths or Hot Tub treatments. I know Jack LaLanne who is 95 and in wonderful health doesn't have Gout.

thank you for the postGout is a sad time for people with itI will for sure ck this out. as said the medication has some side problemsNeed to be ckose to a restroomand all the foods i did enjoy or out of the question, No oysters lobester shrimp red meat and the list goes onThank you for the informationFrom Earl |
